Since 1993, I have worked for many chiropractors, rehabilitation centers, health clubs, salons and high end spas, both in California and Colorado. Currently, I have an office setting private practice.
I strive to: a) hear your wellness needs and to meet those needs, b) give you the attention you deserve, and c) provide a relaxed atmosphere that promotes your health, healing, and well-being.
Qualifications:
• In 1994, graduated as a Certified Massage Therapist and Health Educator from The National Holistic Institute, a nationally accredited school approved by the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Certificate is #4047-19.
• In 1994, successfully passed the National Certification Examination for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Certificate is # 01823500.
• Licensed by the State of Colorado: Department of Regulatory Agencies as a practicing Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). License is # 2381.
• Certified through the Worldwide Aquatic Bodywork Association as a Certified Watsu® Practitioner.
• In 2003, certified as a Level 2 Reiki Practitioner in the Usui system of Reiki healing.
• In 2009, certified as Level 3 Reiki Practitioner, also known a "Reiki Master". Certification includes both the Usui and the Tibetan system of Reiki healing.
• A “Therapist Member” in good standing with The National Association of Massage Therapist (NAMT), which means I practice by the AMTA’s Code of Ethics. As such, I create a safe and ethical environment. NAMT certificate is #3502812.
• Committed to continuing education through formal and independent study. Currently, studying the Muscle Energy Technique called Onsen Therapy.
• An active Massage Therapist Volunteer for the Autism Society of Colorado.
