I specialize in assisting people to gain relief from the effects of acute or chronic pain and muscular dysfunction by treating the causes.
I selectively integrate the following complementary modalities--Deep Tissue, Shiatsu Massage, Reiki Energywork, Accupressure, Neuro-Muscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, and/or Sports Massage all with a Swedish Massage therapy foundation. Each and every session is unique and carefully tailored to meet your health and wellness goals.
I am successful in relieving the pain and discomfort associated with sciatica, sports injuries, muscular dysfunction, neck/shoulder pain, Frozen Shoulder, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, whiplash, herniated disk discomfort, and lower back pain. I also assist in the healing and recovery from surgery, mental/emotional trauma, and the effects of stress on the body.
