Looking for an ideal office mate to work beside me in this wonderful healing space; would prefer only one person, but will consider an established sharing pair. The above pictures are of the Healing Arts, 2-room + reception office suite. The left picture is the available room, you will need to furnish and may add window treatments or paint to your liking. I am the LMT in the other room, not pictured. I am also the lease holder of the suite with the building.

Requirements:
~ Colorado DORA Registered or Licensed Professional
~ General Liability Insurance ($1 million, minimum)
~ 12 month, Sub-Lease (prefer one person, but will consider an established sharing pair)
~ No Sub-Leasing the Sub-Lease
~ Deposit: $400
~ Rent: $400/month
Please be a conscientious and considerate roommate who is friendly, quiet, honest, ethical, respectful and understands the “Sub-Lease” dynamic.
It is essential you have an assertive and direct manner of communication with a high professional style of business and customer service.
You need not be another massage therapist, as I am open to other compatible and quiet professions.
Please have 3 years minimum experience in your field with an established and ethical clientele.
